Art

Last year Bailey and I were chosen to represent a science project experiment. The competition was between 5th through 12th graders and as fifth graders our project won!! And we have been invited to go to NASA next spring to watch our shuttle launch.

As we were brain storming ideas for a fundraiser to raise the money we need to get to Florida, I kept getting the idea that I want to go to hospitals and draw pictures of the sick kids in the children's unit. Pictures of their family so they can always have them close in their rooms, and pictures of them doing things that they loved to do before they were put in the hospital.

When I was four I was in the hospital for almost a month with a strep infection in my eye. I almost lost my eye at one point, and during the early hours of the unknown they were afraid I was going to lose my life. So I know a little bit of what they go through there, and I think it would be so amazing to get to spend time talking and drawing for them.

So here is where the fundraiser part comes in. I would love to get donations for every picture I draw. I would also love to send a picture to someone you know who could benefit from the light I am trying to share.

If you want to order a picture drawn by me . . . of you, your family, or someone you know please email me at bostafarian@icloud.com. Please send me the picture you want drawn, and a donation of $12.00 a picture to go toward our NASA trip.

Also any donations will be appreciated and for every $20.00 we receive, I will be drawing a picture for a child in the hospital.

Contact me if you want to send donations via Venmo or another method!! We so appreciate your support and love in this journey to bring light to others through art.
